About Head of the Department

Dr V.Maheswari

Professor & HOD, M.E, Ph.D

Dr. V. Maheswari was born in Vellore District, Tamil Nadu, on July 5, 1981.

• She completed her B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) from Ganadipathy Tulsi’s Jain Engineering College, Anna University, in 2007.

• M.E. (Applied Electronics) from SKP Engineering College, Tiruvannamalai (Anna University) in 2009..

• Ph.D. (Power Electronics) from St. Peters University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, in 2015..

She has total of 14 years of teaching experience. She worked as faculty at Ganadipathy Tulsi’s Jain Engineering College, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, for more than 6 years and presently serves as Professor and Head in the EEE Department, SITAMS, Chittoor. She has Research guideship in the Department of EEE from JNTUA Ananthapuramu. She has 18 international journal publications in various Scopus-indexed journals and 25 research articles in various international and national conferences. She also published a book and one book chapter. She has filed a Patent and completed an NPTEL course on “Introduction to Smart Grid” with an Elite grade..
