• Examination fee should be paid to SITAMS examination account No: 798041415, IFSC Code.IDIB000C026, Indian Bank, through challan or on-line mode of payment.
• Fill The Downloaded Application and save the file as pdf with your roll no as file name
• Make the Fee payment (Take a photo of paid Challan / Screenshot of online payment) save the file with your roll number as file name.
• Filled application form and Examination fee Challans or screen shot of on-line transactions ID should be uploaded through the Google form links.
